New York City, NY

Today we woke up to a gorgeous, sunny day. We made breakfast on the boat and decided that we should make the most of such an amazing day by going sailing again. We sailed up the Hudson towards the Palisades. Along the way, planes were flying overhead doing skywriting over the city. It was so cool to see how they weaved in and out making letters in the sky.

As we headed up the river, we went under The George Washington Bridge and passed Jeffrey’s Hook Light. Frank told us that there is a children’s story about the bridge and the light house called, The Little Red Lighthouse and The Great Gray Bridge. We made our way back to the marina in time for Kim to hop off and head to the airport for her flight. We had a great time with her and we can’t wait for her to visit us in the islands. We spent the rest of the evening hanging out with Frank and sharing stories over some cold brews. Another great day in NYC.
