Taking Flight

Hanging out with my uncle is like being at the world’s best summer camp.  The activities start at 5:30 AM every morning with water skiing.  Then on from there directly to the farm to cut some fields and check on the horses.  A quick midday lunch at the house then back out on the road.

This afternoon we flew over all different parts of Connecticut taking aerial shots of the farm, friends homes, a race track, and other random things you see from the air.  It never gets old flying low with the door wide open in a Piper Cub.  The wind blowing through as you barely cruise across mountain tops.  The views from flying small planes are incredible.

There is no better way then to end the day with a quick evening hike.  Its amazing how busy we are up here just having fun.  Fun is becoming a lot like work.  Tomorrow is a new day with new activities.
