I know we are a day early on the celebrations, but this was the best time for everyone to get together on one island. It started out super busy with me making homemade key lime pie and Olivia cooking up some incredible Asian Glass Noodle Veggie salad. We all headed into the beach around midday to build our oven to rotisserie the “turkey” actually chicken.
It actually kind of felt like Thanksgiving with all the food and friends around. It wasn’t really like the states though with the frigid temps and crazy family functions. Much more laid back eating in sand around a bonfire on dirty dishes and drinking box wine. Happy Thanksgiving!
